When Renee says, all you have to do is pack, she really means it. To be honest, we weren’t sure because we had a complicated trip planned and we wondered about hiccups along the way, like missing our connection due to a delayed flight, but Renee already had us covered while still in the air! Every detail was tended to, our private transfers were waiting for us, our hotel upgraded us with credit and breakfast included, and the welcome note in our hotel room with the bottle of wine on ice greeted us. I cried. She even made dinner reservations at a perfect spot the night of our wedding anniversary. We are so pleased with the service, and patience you had for us, Renee, you were fabulous to work with, and a gem of a travel professional in all ways. We are already planning our next vacation, thank you for everything, our trip was so fulfilling in every way.
